24/7 FITNESS & TANNING   RULES AND REGULATIONS    

1. Member agrees to be subject to the rules and regulations contained herein and will follow guidance of notices or bulletins posted on site.  24/7 Fitness & Tanning reserves the right to cancel any membership if the member fails to follow and obey the rules and regulations of the center and may charge Member a fine of $100 per violation of the rules and regulations or the membership Agreement.  

2. All members should take care to prevent unauthorized entry to the facility by non-members when the member enters the facility during non-staffed hours, except that members may allow access to non-members for the limited purpose of allowing such persons to enroll in new memberships.  Member understands that various security and access control systems are in place to alert management of unauthorized entries into the premises.  

3. While the management makes a sincere effort to avoid equipment downtime or out of order status, member understands that from time to time, equipment may be out of order and will require various repair and replacement lead times.  

4. Member agrees to reimburse 24/7 Fitness & Tanning for any damages arising from intentionally damaging or reckless use of any equipment, tanning devices and other systems used in the facility.  

5.Member understands and agrees that the facility shall not be responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen personal property of any member.  

6. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the facility including interior exercise or reception areas, exterior entry areas and restrooms.  

7. Members shall be responsible for cleaning equipment before and after use, using towels to sit on when using equipment which requires sitting, using a spotter or spotters during free weight use, storing weight equipment after use, and flattening and re-aligning mats after use.                                                                                                                        

8. Members shall be responsible for properly sanitizing the tanning beds before and after use.  

9. Members shall be responsible for supervising their children at all times while they in the facility and making sure they remain in the children’s area if under the age of 10.  

10. No alcoholic beverages, illicit drugs, or anabolic steroids shall be permitted inside the facility at any time.

11. The possession of any weapon is strictly prohibited while on the premises or parking areas.  

12.No member shall ever loan their access card to anyone, nor allow their access privileges to be used by another person.  

13. No profanity is allowed in the club at any time.  Management reserves the right to have anyone who exhibits any type of disorderly conduct immediately removed from the premises.  

14. 24/7 Fitness & Tanning reserves the right to add, change, or amend the club rules at any time with no prior notice in order to protect the quality of the membership experience.
